Sapphire Beach is one of the Coffs Coast's most affluent suburbs — a quiet, well-established enclave of large modern homes set between bushland and a stunning beach. Many properties feature huge glass frontages and designer pool areas. With homes positioned right on the oceanfront dunes, Sapphire Beach properties experience some of the heaviest salt exposure on the Coffs Coast.
